Acoustic Seals
Sides and head of door and frame have high performance acoustic rubber seal.
A special design method was developed to overcome the problem of the bottom seal.
A stainless steel sill will fixed at an angle of 5° and therefore when the door closed the gap is eliminated.

Upon special request an automatic bottom seal which is spring loaded to lift clear the floor as soon as the door leaf is opened. It is operated automatically by pressure against the door jamb on its adjustment block.
Construction
The door leaf is constructed from metal or wooden finish, filled with sound absorbing and damping materials, and has an overall thickness of 100mm for steel and 75mm for wooden. Heavy duty steel hinges, handles and lock set will included. Approximate weight 50kg/m2. Special paint finish and installation available on request.
